Tusculum Review Contributing Editor Brent House grew up in Necaise, Mississippi, where he raised cattle and watermelons on the family farm. His poetry has appeared in or is forthcoming in Colorado Review, Cream City Review, Denver Quarterly, Third Coast, and elsewhere. Currently, he is completing his PhD at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
On April 30, 7:00 p.m., The Tusculum Review will celebrate the release of vol. 5/2009 in the Chalmers Conference Room, Niswonger Commons on the Tusculum College campus. The event is free and open to the public and will feature readings by Poets Brent House and Clay Matthews, whose work will appear in the new issue. Copies of the new issue will be available at the launch party.
